Edie Griffith-Mettey, P.E.
Project Principal/Project Manager/Technical Lead
Edie has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of transportation, drainage and civil engineering. She has served as project manager and project engineer for a wide range of projects, including roadway and drainage design, basin management studies, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and FLO-2D modeling.
Bill Schlesinger, P.E.
Project Principal/Project Manager/Planning Lead
Bill has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of transportation and civil engineering. He has served as project manager and project engineer on a wide variety of projects for national, state and local agencies, including highway design, traffic operations and design, civil engineering, and drainage planning and design.
Naresh Samtani, PhD., P.E., D.GE, F.ASCE
Senior Project Engineer
Naresh has over 30 years of experience and has performed and directed analysis, design and field investigations for a variety of multi-disciplinary urban transportation projects, including highways and bridges in different parts of the country. He has contributed to over 150 bridges, over 300 retaining walls, several ground improvement projects, and many hundreds of lane miles of flexible and rigid pavements. Naresh has also co-authored and/or co-instructed a number of courses for ADOT and FHWA.
Joseph B. Harris, P.E.
Joseph (JB) has 7 years of geotechnical investigation and design experience in the transportation industry for both state and local agencies. His specialties include retaining wall and slope stability, shallow foundations, deep foundations, soil nail walls, material suitability, pavement design, earthwork factors, and ground compaction factors. He is proficient in Microstation, GeoStudio Software, gINT, and Microsoft Office.
Kenton Watts, E.I.T.
Kenton has 8 years of geotechnical investigation and field operations coordination experience in the transportation industry for both state and local agencies. His specialties include land survey, data processing and evaluation, production of foundation data sheets and boring location plans, design seismic parameters, pavement design, earthwork factors, and material suitability. He is proficient with gINT, Microstation and Microsoft Office.
Brooks Keenan, P.E.
As an on-call employee, Brooks Keenan, P.E. performs the design of modest structural features of SCE Engineering projects. Brooks has over 40 years of design and project management experience as a both a private sector and public agency employee. He has been responsible for the design of a wide range of projects throughout the Southwest.
Laurel has over 30 years of transportation and private development experience. As a transportation planner, she has taken numerous projects from request for proposal through the construction process. She has worked with government agencies, multi-disciplinary consultant teams, utility companies and public citizenry. She has worked extensively with numerous local and regional governmental organizations throughout the Southwest
Sandy has over 40 years of drafting and design experience throughout Colorado and Arizona. She has produced electrical, mechanical, structural and civil plans and understands the relationships between disciplines. Sandy is proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, Data General and IGS Tracer/Recognizer.
Edward Peacock, P.E., P.G.
Ed has over 35 years of experience preparing geologic and geophysical investigations for ground water/surface water interactions; effluent recharge; water quality; expert testimony; and ground water development for municipal, industrial, and mining clients in the western United States, Mexico, and South America.
